The first three weeks with the product were not great. Mainly around the battery issue. It was only lasting 3-4 days much shorter than the advertised 7-8 days for the Ring 4. Yesterday day it didnt’ even last a whole day despite charging in the morning. I had to get in touch with Oura 3 times before the issue was addressed. They are sending a new ring so hopefully the battery issue will be resolved, however I have seen a lot of complaints about the battery life of the 4. If you’re looking to buy one I would say stick with the 3 it seems to be more stable. The positives, I do like the sleep tracking and data it gives. However, I’ve had to turn off features like oxygen and location tracking due to battery issues. I think it’s a nice seamless device and like the data it tracks but hope they can address the battery issues. Les mer
