Couple months ago I purchased Marshall Headphones specifically Monitor II A. N. C. Everything went well till someday my Monitor II A. N. C going little bit crazy. When I turned the ANC on, the headphones feel windy. Then I try to contact Marshall Support about this issue, the responses was very good and they sent me a brand new headphones while letting me keeping the broken one. I’m so glad that for getting my replacement unit I didn’t have to do so much thing and Marshall take the responsibility for the issue.
