SteelSeries Aerox 9 Wireless Gaming Mus (sort) -B-Grade

I've bought this 5 weeks ago and the mouse wheel seemed to be already giving up, especially on the side to side functions, the ergonomic design of the mouse wheel is a little annoying as it is settled really far into the case meaning you often press the mouse button down when using the tilt features, my previous mouse was a razer Naga pro (same button set) the side button layout is so much better compared to razer but the deep set mouse wheel really makes it fall short when it comes to both gaming and professional workflow use (3d) the middle mouse button set by default for dpi change has a great position and the reprogramming offers a great deal of usability, it works great in both a palm and claw style grip. The holes give me a little anxiety but no problems so far. The software is good rather lightweight and bloat free, with compatible features such as sonar being a good side attractions, I use my mouse all day for both gaming and professional workflow and it is almost perfect, I would recommend a clip on extension on the right side for more pinky support. The mouse surface is also great being easy to clean with a dry cloth from any potential sweat for particularly intense gaming. The wireless connection being type C with a usb adapter is also very cool feature that I did not expect to be as useful as it is, freeing up connections on my laptop. The mouse pads are good too offering comfortable "gliding" across contemporary mouse mats and overall movements in games feeling smoother than other mice used in the past, will definitely look to upgrade if a ergonomically upgraded version of this mouse comes out. I love everything about this mouse besides the position of the side buttons. I feel like they could be positioned better so your thumb doesn’t have to go quite as far to hit some of them. Also sometimes when the mouse shuts off because of being idle I have trouble getting it to reconnect otherwise it’s a great mouse. Les mer

I play mostly MMOs, so having the 12 side buttons has become essential to my gameplay. I have used several of these MMO mice over the years and this is by far my favourite. It's really , really light. The ONLY thing I can find to dislike is that the side button block is not movable.. a minor thing, really, but it would be nice to have. The device lasts a good long while on battery and I can detect zero lag difference between running it wired vs wireless. The RGB is unobtrusive and actually turns OFF when moving it which gets rid of any distraction. Les mer
