I'd have given this maybe 4 starts on day 1. But over time, the machine fails. Less than a year and the coffee stops brewing hot, the former deteriorates etc. it's not a bad machine, but it doesn't last long enough (12 months with 2 people using it) to justify the cost. Les mer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a Christmas present! I just moved house so only took it out of the box about a week ago. It is wonderful! So quick and easy to set up and understand. I love the way that it brews my black coffee with a lovely foamy top. I’m looking forward to enjoying this for a long time to come! Les mer
